Since 1973, Chick-fil-A has been committed to investing in the future of its Team Members. As part of this commitment, the company has provided more than $136 million in scholarships to help over 80,000 Team Members pursue a college education. This investment in the future of its employees is part of Chick-fil-A’s commitment to creating a remarkable future for its Team Members.

Chick-fil-A offers two different scholarship programs for its Team Members. The first is the Remarkable Futures Scholarship Program, which provides $2,500 scholarships to eligible Team Members who are planning to attend a four-year college or university. The second is the True Inspiration Scholarship Program, which provides $1,000 scholarships to eligible Team Members who are planning to attend a two-year college or technical school.

To be eligible for either of these scholarship programs, Team Members must have worked at Chick-fil-A for at least six months and have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5. Team Members must also demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to the Chick-fil-A brand.

Chick-fil-A also offers a Leadership Scholarship Program for high school seniors who have worked at Chick-fil-A for at least one year. This program provides $2,500 scholarships to eligible Team Members who are planning to attend a four-year college or university. To be eligible for this program, Team Members must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 and demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to the Chick-fil-A brand.
