Scottsdale Solid Waste offers monthly garbage and solid waste collection for residents who pay for residential collection services.

This service is a simple and convenient way to get rid of things that are too big to fit in your garbage container.

The following dates have been set for Scottsdale Ranch Community 2022:

June 13, July 18, August 15, September 19, October 17, November 14, and December 19.

The earliest way to display items is the Wednesday before the week in which the group begins. The things must not block the sidewalk or be placed on the street. The collection of bushes and bulky waste includes all materials except construction and remodeling waste, tires, and hazardous material.

THE CLEARING AND BULK SERVICES FOLLOW THE SCHEDULE.

The clearance and bulk work teams are working in area 4. Please put your rubbish and bulk piles out for collection by Monday at 5.00.

Reminder: To keep to the timetable, our clearing workers will only collect the specified pile size, i.e., 10 feet long, 6 feet wide, and 4 feet high. Any material in excess of this amount will not be collected, and the resident must remove the remaining material. The household waste disposal program is also available to dispose of shrubs and bulky waste.

Construction and remodeling works

Residents are responsible for waste from renovations and construction (timber, plaster walls, roofing material, carpets, worktops, glass tiles, and mirrors). Make sure your contractor hauls these things away.

Scottsdale residents are responsible for the maintenance of the alleys. When starting a remodeling or construction project, debris must be kept out of the path and inside your fence. Measures must be taken to ensure that it is correctly cared for. It is also illegal to place cement, concrete, soil, rocks, construction, or remodeling waste in the alley or any of the city’s dumpsters.

RIGHT TIME

Put your sly and bulky waste out for collection by 5.00 on Monday when your surface is to be collected.

Only put out brush and solid waste for collection up to nine days before the Monday of the week in which your area is scheduled.

If you live in an area with high occupancy, you should check your municipality’s regulations, as they may be more restrictive.

RIGHT WAY

Remember that each homeowner is responsible for how materials are put out for collection, whether or not you hire someone else to do the work. Separate your bush and bulk waste collection into two piles – green waste and everything else. The piles can be picked up by separate trucks during the week you have been appointed to pick up rubbish and solid waste. The green waste – garden clippings, branches, and clippings – is composted to help grow new plants, while the rest of the waste is taken to a landfill for disposal.

Stack the items neatly, parallel to the street at the front of your property, only if you don’t have an alley.

If you have an alley, place all solid waste on your side of the gallery along your property line and keep the path clear so our technicians can collect the material.

The piles must be no longer than 10 feet long, 6 feet wide, and 4 feet high. Place the mounds of solid and green waste at least one meter apart.

Do not place litter and trash on vacant lots, laundry, or HOA common areas.

PREPARE ITEMS FOR COLLECTION

The 9-day rule: Residents may put out bulky waste and shrubs for collection by nine days before the Monday of the scheduled collection week.

Cut the tree branches into 6-foot segments and stack them neatly so that all the cut ends point in the same direction.

Tree branches and other objects must be less than 12 inches in diameter.

Wooden panels and wooden fences must be at most half a meter squared.

Store glass separately from other items in small, sturdy boxes and clearly labeled. The containers should be 2’x2’x2′ or more minor.

Place garden clippings (grass, leaves, palm skins, and bark) in plastic bags. The bags must be properly tied.

Place cacti in a sturdy closed boxes with lids. The containers should be 2’x2’x2′ or more minor.

Our crews will only remove large debris. Our equipment often leaves less waste, which is the homeowner’s responsibility to clean up.

Do not place bulky waste on or within half a meter of city-owned containers or receptacles, water meters, cable boxes, fire hydrants, block walls, or other fixed objects.
